A body weighs 160 N on the surface of the earth. Calculate his weight at
a height of 3.6 X 10^6 m from the surface of the earth. Radius of earth
6.4 x 10^6 m.

=x * 9.8 (gravity)

thus, x=160/9.8

=16.33 kg

now,

R(radius of earth) =6.4 x 10

distance from the centre =3.6 x 10 + 6.4 x 10

=100

g=GM/R^2

=6.673 x 10^⁻�� x 6 x 10^24 / 100^2

=38(approx) x 10�⁴⁻�⁵

=38 x 10^9

weight of the child =16.33x38x10^9
