14. A husband has 46 chromosomes, his wife has 46 chromosomes. Then why don't their offspring have 46 pairs of chromosomes ? Explain your answer.

A human has 23 chromosomes in a gamete..that is 23 chromosomes in a sperm and 23 chromosomes in an egg..so it's gonna finally give 46 chromosomes...
