Answer:

The field produced by the bar magnet is non uniform. As we move the magnet towards the coil the flux would increase to a certain value. The direction of current will be such that the north pole will be formed at the point of entry to the solenoid. After the magnet enters, the current falls down and when the magnet completely inside the solenoid current becomes zero.

As we leaves the solenoid the leaving end becomes north and the direction of current becomes negative. Then the current will rise to attain a maximum value and falls down to zero.
