..consider the length as3x and breadth as2x

so 3x+2x=38400

5x= 38400

x=7680

so length is 3*x

= 3 x 7680

=23040

now breadth is 2*x

2x7680

=15360

length =23040

breadth =15360

length = 23040x2=46080

breadth =15360x2=30720

perimeter of rectangle =

length + breadth

= 46080+ 30720

= 76800metre
