Dear sir,

I am writing this letter to request you to establish a good library in the school. The existing library is more like a dark room and students hesitate to get there. There's too much noise in the surrounding that also disturbs students reading.  

Being the Education minister of our school's "Bal Sansad, I request you to establish a good library in a good area where students can easily read books.
