The number of 5-digit numbers that can be formed from 0,1,2,3,4,5 = 5×5×4×3×2 = 600

In the first digit, 1,2,3,4,5 can come which is 5 outcomes

In the second digit 0,1,2,3,4,5 can come which is 6 outcomes but 1 digit is already used in the first digit so 6-1 = 5
