VERBAL will be written in that  code language as MBCSFW.

  • First the word to be coded is reversed.
  • Then, in the reversed word, the first alphabet is replaced by its next alphabet.
  • For eg. if the word is AMP, then it is reversed to PMA. The alphabet next to P is Q, for M its N and for A its B.
  • So, AMP is coded to QNB.

Similarly for SEARCH, it is reversed to HCRAES.

For H, next alphabet is I

For C → D

R → S

A → B

E → F

S → T

So, the final coded word is IDSBFT.

Next, for VERBAL, it is reversed to LABREV.

L → M

A → B

B → C

R → S

E → F

V → W

So, the final coded word is MBCSFW.

Similarly, VERBAL will be written as  "MBCSFW".

Step-by-step explanation:

We have,

Reverse the letters and adding 1.

H ( + 1) → I

C ( + 1) → D

R ( + 1) → S

A ( + 1) → B

E ( + 1) → F

S ( + 1) → T

Similarly,

L ( + 1) → M

A ( + 1) → B

B ( + 1) → C

R ( + 1) → S

E ( + 1) → F

V ( + 1) → W

Hence, in a certain code language, VERBAL will be written as  "MBCSFW".
