14. If the amounts of two consecutive years on a
sum of money are in the ratio 20 : 21, find
the rate of interest.​

The rate of interest.

The amount for the end of the first year will be the principle of 2nd year = = 21x - 20x = 1x

\bf\red{Use \:  \:  Formula:-}

Interest = PRM / 100

\bf\red{Solution:-}

x =  \frac{20 \times r1}{100}

= 100 = 20 R

= R = 5%

  • Simple Interest= p × r × t

  • A = P ( 1 + r/n) ^ 2
