Let 'n' be the number of students.

To find total number of students

It is given that there are 605 sweets.And sweet received by each child is 20%of the total number of children.

Therefore we can write,

\frac{605}{n}=\frac{20*n}{100}

n

605

=

100

20∗n

\frac{605}{n}=\frac{n}{5}

n

605

=

5

n

n^{2}=3025n

2

=3025

n = 55

Therefore total number of students = 55

To find the number of sweets received by each student

number of sweets = 605/55 = 11
