But still high flame is also used, though less frequently. Earlier, I used to think it doesn't make any difference and made tea on high flame, which made it less likable. Then after my mom told me to, I started doing on low-medium flame, and it was much better. There are other such dishes whose taste increases with the time you take to cook, rather than the temperature
