EVALUATION

Here it is given that diameter of the circle = 14 cm

∴ Radius of the circle = 7 cm

Hence the required area of the circle

$\displaystyle \sf{ = \frac{22}{7} \times {7}^{2} \: \: sq.cm }$

$\displaystyle \sf{ = 22 \times 7\: \: sq.cm }$

$\displaystyle \sf{ = 154 \: \: sq.cm }$
