Time stamping format used while transcribing audio files is:

[00:00:00]   

where [hour:minute:second]

so 10th minute is [00:10:00]

If the 10 - 20 minute part of an audio has to be transcribed stamping should be started at [00:10:00]

If a client requests time stamping every two minutes the next timestamp would be [00:12:00
