Respected Sir/Madam,
I'm Bharath, studying in class 11th. Being one of the leaders of ABC club, I wish to inform you all about the upcoming club meetings, rallies, exhibitions and many other events that are scheduled to happen in the upcoming weeks.
Since, ABC club is taking its baby steps in Social and welfare activities, we planned to organise a lot of events to promote the club as well as to instigate the purpose and nature of the club. Initially, we planned to organize an open talk on "Legal Awareness among students". There is no entry fee for the event. Students who are interested can intimate their wish through their respective club leaders. We also require volunteers for organizing the event. It would be great if you can be a part of the big event. I request all your presence for the event. I would like to quote one of my favourite quotes by Hellen Keller " Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much".
