140√x+315 =1015

Subtract 315 from both sides:

140√x =1015 - 315

140√x = 700

Divide both sides by 140:

√x = 700 ÷ 140

√x = 5

Square both sides:

x = (5)²

x = 25

Answer: x = 25

140 \sqrt{x }  + 315 = 1050 \\  140 \sqrt{x}  = 1050 - 315 \\ 140 \sqrt{x}  = 700 \\  \sqrt{x}  = 700 \div 140 \\  \sqrt{x}  = 10 \div 2 \\  \sqrt{x }  = 5 \\    x = 5 ^{2}  \\ x = 25
