Square root of 1450=38.07

1450 is not a square of any Square of any number

So nearest number which is Square of a number=1444

Children left in that arrangement=1450-1444=6

Let number of rows or columns be x

x*x=1444

x power 2=1444

x=square root 1444

x=38

So number of rows or columns =38
