14p/5-3=3p/8+7/30

LHS=14p/5-3

=(14p-15)/5

RHS=3p/8+7/30

=(45p+28)/120

LHS=RHS

(14p-15)/5=(45p+28)/120

(14p-15)*24=45p+28

336p-360=45p+28

=291p=388

p=388/291

=4/3
