before 1992:- local self government has no powers to collect text to meet their regular needs. there were no regular election held in local self government. there were no reserve seat for women in local self government..
after 1992:-local self government was given some power to collect some text to meet their needs. it become mandatory to hold regular election in self government after every 5 year. 33% of total seat were kept reserved in local self government for women.
