∴ Cost of 1 toffee = $\frac{75}{125}$

Now cost of 1000,000 toffees = $\frac{75}{125}$ × 1000,000

                                                    = Rs 600000

∴The cost of 1000,000 toffees is Rs 600000.

According to the question there is a discount of 40% on the selling price

that means :- 40% of  Rs 600000 = $\frac{40}{100}$ × Rs 600000

                                                       = Rs 240000

Therefore after 40% discount the selling price will be:-

= Rs (600000 - 240000)

= Rs 360000
