15 / 2 + 3 =21 / 2 denominator ×3 =6 15/6 why to add 15 and 6

U can take this summation as if it was
(15/2)+(3/1)
Now take the lcm of denominators
It comes out to be 2
Now multiply 3 by [lcm (i.e 2)/deno.of 3(i.e 1)]
So we get 6
Do the same thing with 15
and we finally add the two 15and 6
And then we get 21 in numerator and 2 in denominator
