First we all 15 will be multiply with 0.2 as well as 2 add in them .and answer will be 5.

Similarly, if we apply this procedure all the given number then we can easily find the missing number.

So here we are applying this procedure 15 * 0.2+2  =  5 
thus here that answer will be multiply with next number means (0.3) 5  *  0.3+3 = 4.5
     similarly same procedure applying on this equation  4.5 * 0.4+4 = 5.8
     thus  5.8 * 0.5+5 = 7.9
