Hi if u put the value directly into it

you will take long time to complete it.

so, first you Convert it into the formula

(x + y)^{2} = x^{2} + y^{2} + 2xy

So, Now

X=

36m^{2} =( 6m)^{2}

Y=

4n^{2} = (2n)^{2}

2xy=

2 \times 6m \times 2n

So, Now it is on the form

(x + y)^{2} = x^{2} + y^{2} + 2xy

So, putting the value we got

(6m + 2n)^{2}

put the value m=4

And n=-7

So,

[6×4+2(-7)]^2. (since (-)×(+)=-)

=

(24 - 14)^{2} = 10^{2}

=

100

\underline\bold{So, the \:value\: is \:100\: :}
