Answer:To find the time in which the velocity of the body will be entirely along y-axis,  consider the final x-component of velocity to be zero.

For the motion along x-axis,

F = -3 N, therefore, a=-3/5 m/s2

u = 6 m/s

v = 0 m/s

Applying the eqn,

v = u + at

0 = 6 - 3t/5

t = 10 s
