Given Equation

➝x² - x - 6 = 0

Now split into middle term

➝x² -3x + 2x - 6 = 0

➝x(x - 3 ) + 2(x - 3) = 0

➝(x + 2)(x - 3) = 0

When x + 2 = 0

➝x = -2

when x - 3 = 0

➝x = 3

The zeroes of the equation is (-2,3)

The zeroes of the equation is (-2,3)Now To find the graph , we can write as

➝y = x² - x - 6

when x = 0

➝y= (0)² -(0) -6

➝y = -6

we get point (0,-6)

when x = -2

➝y = (-2)² - (-2) - 6

➝y = 4 + 2 - 6

➝y = 6 -6

➝y = 0

We get point (-2,0)

when x = 3

➝y=(3)² - (3) - 6

➝y = 9 - 9

➝y= 0

We get point (3,0)
