length of the rectangle =(15+15)cm=30cm

breadth of the rectangle =(10+10)cm=20cm

ABCD is a square

Side of the square

=√15²+√10²

=√225+√100

=√325cm

Therefore,Area of the shaded region

=Area of rectangle -Area of Square

=Length×breadth-(side)²

=30×20-(√325)²

=600-325

=275cm²
