Presuming steady progress, and it being something five people could do:

15 x 8 = j = 120 man/hours

So:

5 x h = 120 x (1/2)

5 x 2 x h =120

10 x h = 120

h = 120 / 10

h = 12

12 hours.

However, as a former DISassemblyline worker (pork processing plant) if it is a job of that nature, when the number of workers reduces below minimum operating requirements, line efficiency suffers at a geometric rate commensurate with understaffing (Or, the more understaffed, the worse production gets). In such cases, the obvious answer is, “insufficient data".
