ABCD is a trapezium with
AB|| DC, AB = 40 m, BC = 15 ,
CD= 28 m, AD=9m, Z BAD=90°.
Find the area of the trapezium.

Answer:

area of trapezium = 1/2h×(28+40)

= 1/2×9×68

= 9×34

= 306m^2

Area of trapezium is 306m^2
