how many men will do the same work in 6 days.

If 15 men can do work in 12 days assuming they all work at the same rate for 1 man doing it by himself it will take him 15 times as long so 15x12=180days

This means it will be 10 times quicker than the time taken for 1 man with 10 men so 180/10=18days

You could also say 15/10x12=18days

Also if 15 men do the work in 12 days each day the 15 men complete 1/12 of the work this means each day one worker completes 1/12 divided by 15 =1/12x15=1/180 of the work therefore for each man completing 1/180 of the work per day ten men will complete 10/180 each day so to complete the work it will take them 1 (the completed work) divided by 10/180 (the work 10 men do per day out of all the work)days so 1 divided by 10/180=18days
