Step-by-step explanation:

the digit at ones place be x

digit at tens place =3x

no. formed=3x(0+x+1)

=30x+x

=31x

when digit are interchanged

digit at once place =3x

digit at tens place=x

so,new no formed =3x(1)+x(10)

=3x+10

=13x

acc. to the given condition

13x+31x=88

44x=88

x=88/44
