The relative initial velocity of the stone at the bottom w.r.t. the stone at the top will be 25m/s, and the relative acceleration will be 0 (g acts only towards the ground). Equate: 25t-gt²=0 to get the time, then put the value of t in the equation x=1/2 gt² (for stone at the top) to get the distance travelled by the stone from the top when both of them meet.
