•These all are the words that most of us use in our daily lives... Mobile phones have become an important part of our life ...it seems for many of us that we can't live without it!

•Earlier it was said that it is necessary to earn for food, shelter and clothing... But Now it must be changed To food ,shelter ,clothing and mobile phone...

•Telephones were invented to help people communicate with each other who are far from each other! But we didn't knew that with the development of technology , these telephones will get transmuted to so called "smart phones"!

•I do agree that there are some really good advantages of these smart phones .....but their are disadvantages too!

•MOBILE PHONE - an addiction

¤ It has become an addiction for many teenagers and adults out there! They cannot remain a single second without them ! With the widespread accessibility of cell phones at a younger age now, teenagers are especially prone to developing an addiction to their cell phones or social media.

¤ Adolescents who become dependent on their smartphones could experience negative alterations in brain development.

¤ Statistically speaking,80% of the teenage population contact their friends daily through text messaging, whereas 220 prefer the more physical, face'to'face contact.
Cell phone addiction has plagued millions of people, ages ranging from 11 to 57 . Due to the mass addiction to cell phones, it has affected our behavior, our economy and including our environment.

¤ Moreover cell phone addiction distracts students. They are unable to study. While studying they may be thinking about his / her friend who didn't texted him/ her for a long time.. And then a notification comes up and then the student get distracted...
Moreover 9 students out of 10 have smart phones and 6 of them takes their phones to school ...
There are many students who go to school with their phones and use them while the teacher is teaching without being caught... However some schools also have CCTV cameras in their classes.

¤ it not only distracts them but also cause adverse effects on their health, like it can cause damage to their eyes, can ruin their sitting posture , it can even cause cancer, brain tumour, etc. ( the list is very long)

¤ It can even Cause accidents... Cell phone use during driving is at least a contributing factor to the accidents
Across the country...
When we walk around the road, u may at least 5 persons talking to someone on the mobile phone and doing driving...which is really very dangerous.

• Mobile phones - discarding people from SOCIAL LIFE

¤ With the lack of communication, people are becoming less and less capable of expressing basic emotions and basic needs.

¤ The ability to communicate behind a screen versus face to face gives one confidence in their social skills but at the same time it hinders them from experiencing actual communication.

¤ Cell phones have also created less unity with families and the people around them. While waiting for food at a restaurant, a person will be looking at their work e-mails, and in turn make the other person feel less important
Another uncomfortable and rude situation is when a person invites a friend over, and the entire time she/he is waiting for a text or is texting another friend.

¤ In my viewpoint, a time will come that our next generation (or so) will not be able to connect with another person, confront someone, or talk to someone face to face.

¤ With being more active on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter ,etc. Teenagers are less reluctant to make friends in their real life...every second they would check their mobile phones so as to check if they got any notification., They are less reluctant to meet people in their real life and talk to them.. They feel hesitated or what you can say irritated in talking to someone else in real life ..

•THE CONCLUSION :

¤In my view point, mobile phones may be helpful in many things , but they are ruining the life of many!

I am not saying that we shouldn't use a mobile phone but we use limit it's use.

¤ In conclusion, I think that mobile phones are indispensable tools that we cannot live without, but we should avoid overusing them.

¤ Therefore, we should think carefully about the advantages and drawbacks before purchasing a mobile phone, and ask ourselves why we need a mobile phone and whether we will be able to use it responsibly.
