15 Tan Theta = 8 find value of cos Theta and cosec Theta​

Answer:

Tan = opposite÷adjacent

So tan theta=8÷15

By pythagoras theorem

AC square = ab square+ bc square

A=8

B=15

Substiute it and write the answer

15 tan theta = 8

tan theta = 8/15

tan theta = p/b

so, p/b = 8/15

hence, p=8 and b=15

now by pythagoras theorem, h= root(p^2 + b^2)

h= root(64 + 225)

h= root(289)

h= 17

Now, cos theta = b/h = 15/17

and cosec theta = h/p = 17/8
