Answer:

Let A's age be 8x and B's age be 3x

According to question, we have,

8x +6/3x +6 = 9/4

32x + 24 = 27x + 54

5x = 30

x = 6

A's age =8×6=48

B's age =3×6=18

According to question, we have,

3x+68x+6=49

=>32x+24=27x+54=>5x=30=>x=6

A's age =8×6=48

B's age =3×6=18

A+B =48+18=66 years
