area of rectangle = length × breadth = l×b=24b

456m² = 24b

b= 456/24 = 19meter

breadth is 19m

Given :

  • Area of Rectangular field is 456 m² .
  • Length of field is 24 m .

To Find :

  • Perimeter of Field .

Solution :

Firstly we will find Breadth of Field :

\longmapsto\tt{Length=24\:m}

Using Formula :

\longmapsto\tt\boxed{Area\:of\:Rectangle=l\times{b}}

Putting Values :

\longmapsto\tt{456=24\times{b}}

\longmapsto\tt{\cancel\dfrac{456}{24}=b}

\longmapsto\tt\bf{19\:m=b}

Now ,

\longmapsto\tt{Length=24\:m}

\longmapsto\tt{Breadth=19\:m}

Using Formula :

\longmapsto\tt\boxed{Perimeter\:of\:Rectangle=2(l+b)}

Putting Values :

\longmapsto\tt{2(24+19)}

\longmapsto\tt{2(43)}

\longmapsto\tt\bf{86\:m}

So , The Perimeter of Rectangle is 86 m..
