and one sharpener is 45. The cost of fourteen pens,

Let, p, e and s be the number of pencils, erasers and sharpners

From Question we get,

2p + 3e + 1s = 23

4p + 5e + 7s = 67

Multiply first eqn by 6 and second eqn by 3, we get

12p + 18e + 6s = 138

12p + 15e + 18s = 201

Now adding both the above eqns, we get

24p + 33e + 24s = 339

Hence, answer is Rs. 339
