Given, x-y (or) y-x=2

and x:y=3:2-

From relation2, we can say that x is greater than y, so we will by using x-y=2

So we have:

x-y=2 => y=x-2

x/y=3/2 => y = 2x/3

=> 2x/3 = x-2

=> x - 2x/3 = 2

=> x/3 = 2

=> x = 6

So y = x-2 = 4

So the number is 64
