The area of the floor becomes :

> (4.8)^2

> 23.04 m^2 .

This area is to be covered by square tiles , each of which have the perimeter of 1.2 m .

Let us assume that the side is s

4s = 1.2

s = 0.3 m

Area of each square tile:

> s^2 = 0.09 m^2

Number Of Tiles

> Area Of The floor/ Area of a tile

> 256

Cost of covering the floor :

> 256 x Rs. 27
