15) The ratio of areas of two spheres are 4:9, find the ratio of their volumes.

We know,

Area of a sphere = 4πr².

And , volume = 4/3 π r³

Given,

 \frac{a1}{a2}  =  \frac{4}{9}  \\  =  >  ( { \frac{r1}{r2}) }^{2}  = ( { \frac{2}{3} )}^{2}

Hence, the ratios of volumes =

 {( \frac{r1}{r2} )}^{3}  =  {( \frac{2}{3}) }^{3}  \\  =  \frac{8}{27} ans
