The solution :

15(x-1)+4(x+3)=2(7+x)

First open the bracket

15x - 15 + 4x + 12 = 14 + 2x

Now, as we know that when there variables and coefficient are given then we take all the variables one side and coefficient on other side.

15x + 4x - 2x = 14 + 15 - 12

19x - 2x = 29 - 12

17x = 17

x = 17/17

х = 1

So, x = 1 is the answer
