In order to draw a 15 degree angle you must know how to draw a 30 degree angle.

Steps:

Firstly draw a straight line of arbitrary length.

Consider one end of the straight line as Centre O and draw an arc. Now consider M as the centre and draw another arc to cut the arc at P.

From the points P and M you have to draw an Arc of same radius to intersect at point Q. After joining the points O and Q you will get 30 degree angle.

Finally bisect 30 degree and you will get 15°.

1. Draw a line segment of any length,mark it AB.
2. Measure any length from compass (1 cm, 2 cm) ,make a half circle as CD
3. With that distance make one arc on semicircle CD and mark it E.
4. That angle is 30°.
5. Now make an arc from C and an intersecting arc from E.
6. With that point make a line segment ,which measures 15° angle.
