Answer: The breadth of the room is 3 m

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of each tile = length x breadth = s^2

= 30 x 30 = 900 cm^2

Therefore, area of the room floor = 150 x 900 = 135000 cm^2

We know, 1 m = 100 cms

hence, 1 m^2 = 10000 cm^2

hence, 135000 cm^2 = 13.5 m^2

thus the area of the room floor = length x breadth = 13.5 m^2

or, 4.5 x breadth = 13.5

so, breadth of the room = 13.5/4.5

= 3 m
