Water is one of three major necessities of survival, the air, food and water itself. It is easy to survive without all other articles. Life without cars, bunglow, huge complexes and other property is possible. But it's hard to imagine living life without water. So undoubtedly, water is a treasure.
Now for water worths its weight in gold, it is clear that we can't waste it or mismanage it. We should keep in mind that every drop counts. We should avoid disposing waste in water bodies. Natural reservoirs have always persecutited by human misdeed. Hence, it is our own responsibility to correct our mistakes by ensuring the cleanliness and management of reservoirs.
Furthermore, government of India also focusses on building better places for rivers and other resources. Several schemes have been launched and aim to make water resources dirtfree. Therefore, we should also join the hands of nation and together build a better society by conserving and not pollution water.
