Respected Sir,

I'm Ram, I purchased a coffee maker from your shop yesterday. When I tried using the machine last night, it didn't work at all. I would like you to look into the defective machine I received from your shop. I would like a  replacement of a good working coffee maker for the defective ones. I also request you to check for the quality of the products before delivering them to your customers. I have attached the bill copy and photocopy of the coffee maker's condition along with this letter. Please do look into this issue.
