density= 1.043 g ml-1

volume of acetic acid = 15 ml

mass of acetic acid=?

d= m/v

1.043 = m/15

m= 15.645 grams of CH3COOH

molar mass of CH3COOH= 12*2 + 3+ 2*16 +1 =>24+4+32

=> 60 grams per mole.

So, 15.645 grams will be 15.645/60 moles => 0.26 moles of CH3COOH.

volume of solution= 500 ml => 0.5 litre

molarity= moles of solute/litres of solution

=> 0.26/0.5

=> 0.52 molar

Hence, molarity of solution is 0.52 molar
