You haven't given whether to add or subtract or multiply or divide. So I'll give the answers for all

ADDITION:

15x²y + (-28x²y)

= (-13x²y)

SUBTRACTION:

15x²y-(-28x²y)

15x²y+28x²y

= 43x²y

MULTIPLICATION :

(15x²y) × (-28x²y)

= (-420xy²)

= {-420(y)²}

DIVISION:

(15x²y) ÷ (-28x²y)

 \frac{15 {x}^{2}y }{ - 28 {x}^{2} y}

y gets cancelled

and we get:

 \frac{15}{28}

as the answer

HOPE IT HELPS!!

HAVE A GREAT DAY!
