here is your answer

15x^2+16x+4

by splitting middle term method

15x^2+10x+6x+4

5x(3x+2)+2(3x+2)

(5x+2)(3x+2)

5x = -2 & 3x = -2

x = -2/5 = -0.4 & x = -2/3 = -0.67

so, we will get two zeroes -0.4 & -0.67.

Given,

 15x^{2}  + 16x + 4  \\ \\ \text{spliting  the middle term} \\ \\ = 15x^{2}   + 10x + 6x + 4  \\ \\  = 5x(3x + 2)   + 2(3x +2) \\ \\ = (3x+2)(5x+2) \\ \\
