16-6×12+10= -46

LHS = RHS

So,

LHS = 16 - 6 * 12 + 10 (First do multiplication)

= 16 - 72 + 10 (Second step is addition)

= 16 - 62 (then do substraction)

= (-46)

Hence, LHS = (-46) and RHS = (-46)

∴ LHS = RHS

16-6×12+10= (-46)
