Answer : 60

no. of Rs.5 note = X

no. of Rs.10 note = Y

as condition occurred

X = Y

and

5X + 10Y = 180 .... equation (1)

because X = Y

so

5Y + 10Y = 180

Y+2Y = 36

3Y = 36

Y = 12

so X = 12

from equation (1)

5(12) + 10(12)

= 60 + 120

= 180.

So the no. of Rs.5 notes = 12

and no. of Rs.10 notes = 12.

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

no. of Rs.5 note = x

no. of Rs.10 note = y

x = y and

5x + 10y = 180 .... Equation….(1)

because y = y therefore 5y + 10y

= 180y+2y

= 363y = 36Y

= 12

therefore x = 12 from equation…(1)

5(12) + 10(12)= 60 + 120= 180.

So the no. of Rs.5 notes = 12

no. of Rs.10 notes =12
