Hey!!!!!,

This is your answer.

u = 18km/hr

=18 × 5/18

=5m/sec Ans_______

t=5sec

v=0m/sec

therefore, a =v-u/t

a=0-5/5

a=-1m/sec2

or Retardation = 1m/sec2 AnS_______

a=1m/sec2

t=2m/sec

v=0m/sec

therefore, a=v-u /t

-1=0-u/2

-1=-u/2

therefore, speed =2m/sec Ans_______

Hope this helps you!!!☺️☺️☺️
