Process :-

Workers. Sheds Hours

40. 20. 2

5. 10. ? =x(let)

Now

No of workers Is inversely proportional to hours and no. Of sheds is directly proportional to the hours......

Therefore

x=2*(40/5)*(10/20)

=2*8/2

= 8 hours

ANSWER

5 workers will take 8 hours per day to build 10 sheds.

Answer:

option 'c' that is 8 hours

Step-by-step explanation:

no. of workers is inversely proportional to the time.

if 40 workers built 20 sheds in 2 hours, then 5 workers will take 2× (40/5) hours to make 20 sheds.

that is 16 hours.

and to make 10 sheds, the time taken will be 16/(20÷10) hours.

that is 16÷2 hours.

so answer is 8 hours.
