 \frac{16}{3}  \times  \frac{9}{4}  + \frac{10}{9}  \times  \frac{7}{2}  \\  = 12 +  \frac{35}{9}  \\  =  \frac{108 + 35}{9}  \\  =  \frac{143}{9}  \\  = 15 \frac{8}{9}
